Dear Parents,

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to another year with Cub Scout Pack 2214, and look forward to seeing everyone at the next Pack Meeting on Tuesday, October 28, at 7:00 p.m. at the Broadneck Family Youth Center (entrance on Hilltop Drive behind Rita’s). 

Tom and I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the new Pack Leadership.  Tom will serve as Committee Chair, Walt Phillips as Assistant Cub Master, and I will serve as Cub Master.

We also want to thank the many Scouters and families who support Cub Scout Pack 2214, and especially Linda Shafernich, and Marion and Jeanne Klingler for their many years of service to this organization.  Thank you!

We are looking forward to another successful year in 2003.  Popcorn sales are off to a strong start; keep up the good work!  Please remember to bring your popcorn sales order forms to the Pack meeting. 

We will be sending more information home shortly with the start of a Pack newsletter.  If you have any ideas for the newsletter or would like to contribute any material, please give us a call.

If you know anyone who might be interested in Cub Scouting (boys from age 6 through 10), please invite them to the Pack meeting and let us know so we can make the right introductions. Please note that the November Pack meeting will return to the CSCIA Clubhouse.
